What is the Tokyo bus airport transfer service?

Route: From Narita Airport/Haneda Airport (all terminals) to Tokyo’s Shinjuku district.

All NRT (Narita) Limousine Buses stop at:

• Shinjuku Station West Exit (in front of Keio Department Store):

Service times: 2 buses per hour

Journey time:

• Between 60 minutes and 90 minutes for Shinjuku < > Narita Airport 
• Between 30 minutes and 40 minutes for Shinjuku < > Haneda Airport

First bus from NRT to Shinjuku from 7:05 / Last bus 22:55

How to use the Limousine Bus e-ticket

1. We will send an e-ticket voucher link to your email address within 5 days of purchase. If you purchase more than one month before your travel date, we will send the e-voucher to you at least 20 days before the date specified when ordering.
2. Please click the link, choose your departure and arrival stops, and select your departure time. You can make the reservation up to one month before your travel date, and change the time as many times as needed until the departure date you booked in advance.
3. After booking you will receive a QR code; please show it to the bus driver when boarding the bus.

We will send you a visual User Guide after you place your order that explains more about how to book.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation is possible if your voucher is unused and you contact us to request cancellation at least 5 days before the expiration date on the voucher 

• A 15% cancellation fee will be withheld from your refund

• Cancellation is not possible if the voucher is used or if requested less than 5 days before the voucher expiration date
